Answer:
You can click Download ActiveX Package in the pop-up window to download and install Print Creations ActiveX control. After the installation, you may need to open the template page again and begin your design.

2. How do I install/Upgrade the ActiveX on Firefox?

Answer:
You may need to install Firefox plug-in first and then the Print Creations Active X package. You can click to install Firefox plug-in and follow the prompted steps. When the plug-in installation is done, you may need to restart the Firefox browser, and click "Yes" to install the Active X package for My Print Creations.

3. How do I choose a Photo Book cover or template?

Answer:
To choose a cover for your Photo Book, go to the "Select a Photo Book Style" page, where you can select the color, material, and style for your book cover. For choosing a Photo Book template, there is a "Change Template" button at the top right corner of the Design screen, which you can click on to switch your Photo Book template. After you click on this button, you will be taken to the "Select Template" screen where you can choose a template for your project. The downloaded templates as well as those available online are listed on the left-hand side of the screen.

Answer:
You can create a Photo Book by following these 3 easy steps:
1. Select the size and style of your Photo Book
2. Design your Photo Book with your personal photos and text
3. Upload your Photo Book and place an order

5. How to Delete a Photo Book in the Shopping Cart?

Answer:
Click on the "View Shopping Cart" option at the right top of the screen, you will be taken into the screen where you can view the order information for your printing projects online. Here you can choose to delete one of your ordered Photo Books.

6. How do I order a Photo Book?

Answer:
You can order a Photo Book by following these steps:
1. Select your Book Settings, Book Bindings, and etc.
2. Highlight and select the layout of the pictures for your Photo Book.
3. Drag and drop the pictures located on the left Photo Bin into your project.
4. Click on the "Order Book" button located on the bottom right hand side.
5. Click on "Add to Cart" button once you are ready.
6. Enter your Billing Information in the corresponding boxes.
7. Enter your Shipping Method.
8. Enter your Credit Card information.
9. Click on the "Finish" button.

7. Do I need to order all photo books contained in the package all at once?

Answer:
You can order your photo books separately any time you like, prior to the expiration date. Each photo book in your package will expire one year from your purchase date.

8. Can I make changes after completing a photo book?

Answer:
Currently, we do not support such a feature. However, we will take your suggestion into consideration and make improvements in a later version.

9. How can I obtain a refund for my purchased order?
